改良鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术在慢性泪囊炎患者中的治疗效果。方法非随机选取2022年12月—2023年12月阳春市人民医院收治的70例慢性泪囊炎患者作为研究对象,按术式差异分为两组,每组35例。观察组实施改良鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗,常规组接受常规内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、手术相关指标、并发症发生情况、康复质量。结果观察组的总有效率为94.28%(33/35),高于常规组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。观察组的手术相关指标和康复质量均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术在治疗慢性泪囊炎患者时,不仅能够显著提升康复效果,减少并发症的发生,还能有效改善与手术相关的各项指标。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in patients with chronic dacryocystitis.Methods A total of seventy patients with chronic dacryocystitis treated in Yangchun People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the difference of operation methods,with thirty-five cases in each group.The observation group was treated with improved endoscopic dacryocystostomy,while the conventional group was treated with endoscopic dacryocystonasal anastomosis.The therapeutic effects,operation related indicators,occurrence of complications and rehabilitation quality of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.28%(33/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).The surgery related indexes and rehabilitation quality of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy can not only significantly improve the rehabilitation effect and reduce the incidence of complications,but also effectively improve the indicators related to surgery in the treatment of patients with chronic dacryocystitis.
