摘　　要：针对中国移动电子采购数据存在分类准确率低、时延高等问题,研究新的中国移动电子采购数据自动分类系统。构建电子采购数据自动分类系统框架,通过系统应用层采集采购数据且存储至数据层数据库,经网络层移动自组织网络节点实现数据传输后,通过控制层安全控制模块加密数据,并且在应用层调用改进SVM的分类方法,实现电子采购数据的自动分类。实验表明不同数据量及信噪比下,该系统的准确率、召回率、二者的调和值均达到0.90以上;数据达到率低于9、数据包长度小于18时系统时延较低,可实现采购数据的正确分类。Aiming at the problems of low classification accuracy and high delay in electronic procurement data of China Mobile,a new automatic classification system of electronic procurement data of China Mobile is studied.The framework of automatic classification system for electronic procurement data is constructed.The procurement data is collected at the system application layer and stored in the database at the data layer.After data transmission is realized by moving AD hoc network nodes at the network layer,the data is encrypted by the security control module at the control layer.The experimental show that the accuracy rate,recall rate and harmonic average of the system are above 0.90 under different data quantity and SNR.When the data arrival rate is less than 9 and the packet length is less than 18,the system delay is lower,which can realize the correct classification of purchasing data.
