摘 要:针对“北京三号”C卫星商业遥感相机高分辨率、轻小型化及高像质的研制要求,为保障其在轨运行期间具备较高的几何稳定性和成像质量,保证相机成像时的内方位及外方位元素的稳定性,设计了相机光机结构稳定性保障方案.通过反射镜及支撑结构力热一体化设计、高精密间接热控、相机支撑及减振,保证了相机光机结构的内方位元素稳定性;通过星敏支架与相机主结构集成设计、星敏安装面精密温控等措施,保证了外方位元素稳定性;通过杂散光抑制保证了成像质量;通过地面装调重力卸载技术,保证了相机天地一致性.在轨验证表明:“北京三号”C卫星相机的成像质量优异、图像清晰,4颗卫星无控定位精度均优于5m(均方根).测试数据表明:相机内外方位元素的保障措施有效,验证了相机光机结构设计的有效性,可为类似高分辨率遥感相机的光机设计提供有力参考和技术支持.In response to the design requirements for the BJ-3C Satellite commercial remote sensing camera,which were constrained by high resolution,lightweight,compact size,and high image quality,a support solution for the stability of the optical-mechanical structure was presented to ensure the camera′s high geometric and imaging stability during its in-orbit operation,and maintain the stability of both the inner and outer orientation elements during imaging.Several key stability-enhancing measures were adopted for the optical-mechanical structure of the camera.These measures included the integration of force-thermal design for the mirrors and support structures,high-precision indirect thermal control,and vibration damping mechanisms to stabilize the inner orientation elements.The integration of the star sensor bracket with the camera main structure and precise thermal control of the sensor mounting surface ensured the stability of the outer orientation elements.Stray light suppression was employed to guarantee the imaging quality,while gravity unloading techniques during ground calibration ensured the consistent performance between the camera operation on the ground and in the orbit.In-orbit validation results demonstrate that the BJ-3C camera exhibits excellent imaging quality with clear details and the uncontrolled positioning accuracy of four satellites is better than 5 meters(root mean square).Test data further indicate the effectiveness of the support measures for both the inner and outer orientation elements,confirming the reliability of the camera′s optical-mechanical structure design.This can provide valuable reference and technical support for the optical-mechanical structure design of similar high-resolution remote sensing cameras.
