摘  要:肩关节的正常活动依赖于关节与骨骼之间的精确配合,这一过程由复杂的解剖结构和运动学机制所支撑。该文基于肩关节复合体的解剖特点,深入分析了外展运动中涉及的4种运动模式及其协同作用,着重探讨了肩肱节律、肱骨头滚动—滑动机制及凹陷压迫机制在维持关节稳定性和灵活性方面的关键作用。该研究成果为肩关节损伤的诊断与治疗提供了理论支撑,并为功能障碍的康复策略制订提供了科学依据。The normal movement of the shoulder joint relies on the precise articulation between the joint and bones,a process supported by its complex anatomical structure and kinematic mechanisms.Based on the anatomical characteristics of the shoulder joint complex,this study deeply analyzes the four movement patterns involved in abduction,and explores their synergistic effects.It highlights the critical roles of scapulohumeral rhythm,the roll-and-slide mechanism of the humeral head,and the concavity compression mechanism in maintaining joint stability and flexibility.This study provides theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder joint injuries and offers scientific insights for developing rehabilitation strategies for functional impairments.
