摘  要:啦啦操作为我国体育舞蹈教学内容的组成部分之一,是促进学生身心健康、树立其终身体育意识的重要手段。为了实现课程教学效果与学生啦啦操动作技能水平的同步提升,选择合适有效的教学方法显得尤为关键。表象训练法的运用有助于学生准确掌握啦啦操运动技能,提升课堂教学效率,无论对于教师的教学还是学生的学习都具有积极影响。基于此,该文将对表象训练法在啦啦操训练中的应用进行深入分析与探讨。Cheerleading,as one of the components of sports dance teaching in China,is an important means to promote the healthy development of students'physical and mental health and establish their awareness of lifelong exercise.In order to achieve the common improvement of the teaching effectiveness and the students'cheerleading skill level,it is very important to choose appropriate and effective teaching methods.The application of imagery training method is helpful for students to correctly master cheerleading skills,improve classroom teaching efficiency,and is of great benefit to teachers'teaching and students'learning.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes and discusses the application of imagery training method in cheerleading training.
