健康中国战略下高校篮球教学的改革与发展路径

摘　　要：健康中国战略自提出以来,已成为推动我国公共卫生和体育事业发展的核心指导方针。该战略致力于通过提升全民健康素养、完善健康服务体系及强化健康环境建设等多元化举措,实现全民健康水平的显著提高。在此背景下,高校篮球教学作为体育教育的关键环节,不仅承担着增强学生体质、传授篮球技艺的职责,还肩负着培养学生形成健康生活方式、团队合作精神及社会责任感的重要任务。然而,当前高校篮球教学在教学方法、内容设置以及场地设施等方面暴露出一系列问题,这些问题不仅制约了篮球教学的深入发展,也阻碍了学生健康素养与综合素质的全面提升。因此,该文旨在深入剖析健康中国战略背景下高校篮球教学的改革与发展路径,旨在为高校篮球教学的改革实践提供有益的参考与启示。Since its proposal,Healthy China strategy has become the core guiding principle for promoting the development of public health and sports undertakings in China.The strategy is committed to achieving significant improvement in the overall health level of the population through diversified measures such as enhancing public health literacy,improving the health service system,and strengthening the construction of a healthy environment.In this context,college basketball teaching,as an important part of physical education,not only carries the task of improving students'physique and imparting basketball skills,but also shoulders the important mission of cultivating students'healthy lifestyle,teamwork spirit and social responsibility.However,there have exposed a series of problems in college basketball teaching in teaching methods,teaching content,field facilities,etc.These problems not only restrict the further development of basketball teaching,but also hinder the improvement of students'health literacy and comprehensive quality.Therefore,this paper aims to deeply explore the reform and development path of college basketball teaching under the strategy of Healthy China,aiming to provide useful references and inspirations for the reform practice of college basketball teaching.
