数字化时代视域下体育教学的内涵、现实困境和纾解路径审视

摘　　要：随着数字技术的不断进步及国家政策的积极引导,数字化赋能体育教学已成为一个重要的发展方向和战略选择。该研究采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法及层级统整法,深入剖析了数字化视域下体育教学的内涵、面临的发展困境及其纾解路径。研究重点关注了当前数字化赋能体育教学在基础设施、人才培养、数据安全以及学生自主学习习惯培养等方面存在的挑战。针对这些问题,提出了以下纾解策略:依托现有基础设施搭建数字化技术应用架构,以驱动体育教学的创新发展;构建高质量的体育数字化人才培养体系,强化人才支撑作用;建立健全数据安全机制,保障体育教学数字化的顺利推进;聚焦数字化体育教学,着力培养学生的自主学习习惯与能力。该研究旨在为体育教学提供理论与实践指导,推动体育教学的高质量发展。With the continuous advancement of digital technology and the active guidance of national policies,digital empowerment of Physical Education teaching has become an important development direction and strategic choice.This research employs research methods of literature review and logical reasoning,and hierarchical integration to deeply analyze the connotation,development difficulties,and relief paths of physical education teaching in the digital perspective.The research focuses on the challenges that currently exist in digital empowerment of physical education teaching in terms of infrastructure,talent cultivation,data security,and cultivating students'self-directed learning habits.To address these issues,the following mitigation strategies have been proposed:Relying on existing infrastructure to build a digital technology application architecture to drive innovative development in physical education teaching;Build a high-quality sports digital talent training system and strengthen the role of talent support;establish and improve data security mechanisms to ensure the smooth progress of digitalization in physical education teaching;focusing on digital physical education teaching,we strive to cultivate students'self-learning habits and abilities.This research aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for physical education teaching,and promote the high-quality development of physical education teaching.
