校企合作视域下社会体育指导与管理人才培养实习实训基地建设研究

摘　　要：校企合作共建实习实训基地是提升社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养质量的有效手段。该文从基地建设的内容与模式、校企双方的角色定位与职责分配、实施策略等维度进行了系统探讨。研究指出,高校需充分发挥人才培养的主体作用,而企业应提供实践平台与资源支持,双方需强化合作沟通,促进资源共享。该研究结论对于推动社会体育指导与管理专业实习实训基地建设,深化产教融合,进而提升人才培养质量具有重要的参考价值。It is an effective way to improve the quality of Social Sports Guidance and Management talent training to jointly build internship and practical training bases through school-enterprise cooperation.This paper systematically explores the content and mode of base construction,the role positioning and responsibility allocation of both schools and enterprise,and the implementation strategy.The research shows that universities should play the main role in talent training,enterprises should provide practice platforms and resource support,and both sides should strengthen cooperation and communication to promote resource sharing.The research conclusion has important reference value for promoting the construction of internship and practical training base of Social Sports Guidance and Management major,deepening the integration of production and education,and thereby improving the quality of talent training.
