体教融合背景下我国排球后备人才培养机制研究

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对体教融合背景下我国排球后备人才培养机制进行探讨,旨在分析存在的问题并提出相应对策。现实困境包括:人才培养过程中多主体协同共识缺失、学训矛盾突出、训练体系不完善、竞赛体系建设滞后。针对这些困境,提出的实践对策有:一是建立健全青少年排球训练体系,强化学校体育在人才培养中的核心作用;二是推动多元主体协同治理,激发排球竞技后备人才培养的活力;三是创新人才培养路径,构建多元化的人才培养体系。This research uses literature review and logical analysis methods to investigate the mechanism of volleyball reserve talent cultivation in China under the background of sports and education integration,aiming to analyze the existing problems and propose corresponding countermeasures.The current dilemma include:insufficient consensus among multiple stakeholders in the process of talent cultivation,acute conflict between study and training,an incomplete training system,and lagging behind in the construction of competition system.Regarding these difficulties,practical countermeasures proposed:Firstly,establishing a sound youth volleyball training system and strengthening the core role of school physical education in talent cultivation;Secondly,promoting synergistic governance by multiple subjects and stimulate the vitality of volleyball reserve talent cultivation;Thirdly,innovating talent cultivation channels and building a diversified talent cultivation system.
