大学体育课程思政建设的实现路径研究

摘　　要：大学体育课程作为高校必修课程,独特的实践性、互动性赋予了丰富的思政教育潜力,将爱国情怀、责任意识、团队协作等思政元素融入体育教学,可以实现“以体铸魂、以体怡情”的目标,有效促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。该文围绕大学体育课程思政建设的价值、作用方向与实现路径展开研究,提出通过构建整体性教学目标、重划课程思政内容体系,以及提升教师思政素养等措施,深化体育课程的德育效能,为新时代高校教育的高质量发展提供理论支持和实践指导,从而更好地培养具有家国情怀、责任意识的社会主义建设者和接班人。As a compulsory course in universities,university Physical Education(PE)courses have unique practicality and interactivity,endowing them with rich potential for ideological and political education.By integrating elements of patriotism,sense of responsibility,teamwork,and other ideological and political elements into PE teaching,the goal of"forging the soul with physical education and satisfying emotions with physical education"can be achieved,effectively promoting the comprehensive development of students'morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.This article focuses on the value,direction,and implementation path of ideological and political construction in university PE courses.It proposes measures to deepen the moral education effectiveness of PE courses by constructing overall teaching objectives,restructuring the ideological and political content system of courses,and improving teachers'ideological and political literacy.This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of higher education in the new era,and better cultivates socialist builders and successors with patriotism and sense of responsibility.
