摘 要:随着新课标的实施,学校体育教育正逐步向“学、练、赛”一体化模式转型。该模式致力于打破传统体育教学中各环节相对割裂的状态,将体育课程、体育课外活动及体育赛事紧密串联,以此创新并优化“学、练、赛”一体化的实践路径。研究表明,此模式对学校体育教学的改革与创新具有积极作用,能够显著提升学生的体育素养和教师的教学能力,为学校体育教育改革提供了重要的理论与实践参考。With the implementation of the new curriculum standard,school physical education is gradually transforming to the integrated mode of"learning,training and competition".The purpose of this model is to break the relatively fragmented state of each link in traditional physical education teaching.This paper closely links physical education curriculum,sports extracurricular activities and sports events in series,to innovate and optimize the integrated practice path of"learning,training and competition".The research shows that this model has a positive effect on the reform and innovation of school physical education teaching,and significantly improves students'physical literacy and teachers'teaching abilities,providing important theoretical and practical reference for the reform of school physical education.
