新时代学校体育发展的目标定位、难点及策略研究

摘  要:新时代、新征程背景下,为推动学校体育发展,该文基于文献研究与逻辑分析等方法,精准定位了新时代学校体育在个体健康塑造与体魄强健、综合素质提升与身心协调发展、社会适应促进与角色转换融入,以及文化传承与体育精神弘扬等方面的目标。同时,深入探究了新时代学校体育发展在理念认知、师资队伍、资源保障以及评价体系等层面所面临的难点。基于此,进一步提出了以下具体策略:以体育育人为导向,明确学校体育目标定位;以师资建设为根本,提升体育教师专业素养;以协同合作为助力,整合学校体育资源;以多元评价为核心,提高学校体育评价能力。这些策略旨在为新时代学校体育的发展提供有力支持,推动学校体育在促进学生全面发展方面发挥更大作用。Under the background of the new era and new journey,in order to promote the development of school physical education,based on literature research and logical analysis,this article accurately positions the goals of school sports in the new era,in terms of individual health shaping and physical fitness,comprehensive quality improvement,physical and mental coordinated development,social adaptation promotion and role transformation integration,as well as cultural inheritance and promotion of sports spirit inheritance,etc.At the same time,it deeply explores the difficulties in the development of school physical education in the new era at the level of concept cognition,teacher team,resource guarantee and evaluation system.Based on this,it further puts forward the following specific strategies:taking physical education as the guide and clarifying the target positioning of school sports.Based on the construction of teachers,improving the professional quality of physical education teachers;integrating school sports resources through collaborative cooperation;taking diversified evaluation as the core and improving school sports evaluation ability.These strategies aim to provide strong support for the development of school sports in the new era,and promote the greater role of school sports in promoting students'comprehensive development..
