摘 要:非指导性教学理念倡导学生主动承担学习责任,并强调学习成效源自师生间观念的坦诚共享与思想的真诚交流。该文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,深入探讨了该理念下高中体育教学面临的若干现实问题:高考升学压力导致体育课堂中的学训矛盾加剧,缺乏决定性的考核机制使得体育知识获取途径单一,课程内容空洞致使学生处于被动学习状态。同时,非指导性教学理念在高中体育教学中的必要性也得以凸显,具体包括促进学生的心理适应、构建良好的师生关系、营造积极的课堂氛围、拓宽知识获取渠道,以及发挥教师的启迪作用,推动学生实现自我主导学习。据此,该文提出以下优化策略:强化非指导性教学理念的培养,引导学生进行情绪管理;丰富教学内容,增强课堂的实质性;倡导接纳非指导性思想,激励学生主动沟通。期望在高中体育教学中实现以学生为中心的理念深化与实践优化。The non-directive teaching philosophy advocates that students take on the responsibility of learning proactively and emphasizes that learning outcomes come from the honest sharing of ideas and sincere communication of ideas between teachers and students.This research uses the method of literature review and logical analysis to deeply explore several practical problems faced by high school physical education teaching under the non-directive philosophy:the pressure of the college entrance examination leads to the intensification of learning and training contradictions in physical education classes,the lack of decisive evaluation mechanisms that lead to a single channel of acquiring physical education knowledge,and the emptiness of the curriculum leads to students being in a passive learning state.At the same time,the necessity of the non-directive philosophy in high school physical education is highlighted,including promoting psychological adaptation,building good teacher-student relationships,creating a positive classroom atmosphere,broadening the channels for acquiring knowledge,and leveraging the enlightening role of teachers to promote students'self-directed learning.According to this,this research proposes the following optimization strategies,such as strengthening the cultivation of the non-directive philosophy to guide students in managing their emotions,enriching the teaching content to enhance the substance of the class,advocating the acceptance of the non-directive idea to encourage students to communicate proactively,with the aim of deepening and optimizing the concept of student-centered in high school physical education.
