摘 要:“三学课堂”是台州市黄岩第二高级中学提出的一种创新教学模式,旨在通过优导问学、合作研学和多元展学3个核心环节,实现教学、学习与评价体系的全面变革。该文基于该教学模式,深入探讨其在体育与健康课程中的应用效果,分析其对培养学生核心素养的具体影响,并提出相应的优化策略。研究表明,“三学课堂”不仅能够显著提升学生的运动技能水平,而且能够有效促进学生体育品德和健康行为的形成,为学生的全面发展奠定坚实的基础。"Three Study Classroom"is an innovative teaching mode put forward by Huangyan No.2 Senior High School in Taizhou City,which aims to realize the comprehensive reform of teaching,learning and evaluation system through three core links:excellent guidance and inquiry for learning,cooperative research and learning and diversified learning.Based on this teaching model,this paper deeply discusses its application effect in physical education and health curriculum,analyzes its specific influence on the cultivation of students'core literacy,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.The research shows that"Three Study Classroom"not only helps to improve students'sports skills,but also effectively promotes the cultivation of their physical moral character and healthy behavior,and lays a solid foundation for students'all-round development.
