摘  要:对BIM在隧道工程中的应用现状进行分析与研究,针对各建设阶段存在的数据分割明显、建模软件与信息管理平台分离等问题,以BIM为核心,梳理公路钻爆法隧道动态设计流程。对地质信息和支护结构的数字化及标准化方法、隧道内轮廓的参数化设计等方面进行研究与探索,实现将公路隧道施工中可能遇到的风险源进行信息化管理。基于Unity平台,结合设计与施工业务逻辑开发隧道动态设计系统,将BIM模型作为地质信息、设计信息、施工信息、风险源信息承载的媒介,实现基于BIM的隧道动态设计,使隧道建设过程中的信息从设计阶段开始,进行有效记录与传递。应用于贵州省某隧道项目,对设计阶段的模型及地质情况进行数字化表达,依据项目超前地质预报的探测数据及掌子面现状,通过动态设计工具在施工阶段进行设计方案变更,对可能遇到的风险源信息进行标识与管理,实现隧道安全施工风险源的动态管理。This paper analyzes and studies the current application status of BIM in tunnel engineering,focusing on the problems,such as obvious data segmentation and the separation of modeling software and information management platforms in each construction stage,it takes BIM as the core and sorts out the dynamic design process of highway tunneling by drilling and blasting.It conducts research and exploration on the digitalization and standardization methods of geological information and support structures,as well as the parametric design of the inner profile of the tunnel,it realizes the information management of potential risk sources.Based on the Unity platform,a dynamic design system for tunnels is developed by integrating design and construction business logic,the BIM model serves as the medium for carrying geological information,design information,construction information,and risk source information,achieving dynamic design of tunnels based on BIM,effectively recording and transmitting information throughout the tunnel construction process starting from the design stage.It is applied to a tunnel project in Guizhou Province,where the models and geological conditions in the design stage are digitally expressed,based on the detection data of the project's advanced geological prediction and the current status of the tunnel face,the design scheme is changed during the construction stage through the dynamic design tool,and the information of potential risk sources is marked and managed,realize the dynamic management of risk resources for safe tunnel construction.
