钙液脱硝后氯化钙型矿卤输送管道抑垢除垢工艺探讨

摘　　要：制碱钙液长期持续注入硫酸钠型矿井,开采出的矿卤会由硫酸钠型矿卤逐渐变性为氯化钙型矿卤。相比硫酸钠型矿卤,开采出的氯化钙型矿卤在输卤管道中结垢严重。文章阐述了输送氯化钙矿卤管道结垢情况,分析了结垢的原因,介绍了常用的防垢除垢方法,提出了一种科学有效、经济合理的抑垢除垢工艺方案。In the process of long-term continuous injection of calcium liquid for alkali pro-duction into sodium sulfate type mine,the mined brine will gradually change from sodium sulfate type brine to calcium chloride type brine.Compared with sodium sulfate type brine,calcium chlo-ride type brine has serious scaling on pipeline for brine transportation.This article described the situation of the scaling on pipeline for calcium chloride type brine,analyzed the causes of scaling,compared and selected the swot of anti-scaling and descaling methods,and put forward a scien-tific,effective,economic and reasonable anti-scaling and descaling method.
