摘 要:文章主要对卤水调度路线、工艺参数进行优化,形成了一套新的卤水输、回卤方案,打破了原有制盐与提溴的矛盾关系,实现了初级卤水先提溴后制盐、制盐后的苦卤再提溴的新工艺,大幅减少了制盐输送过程中因卤水大量渗透造成的溴资源损失,相比改造前产量提高了5倍,且对后续的制盐工艺影响较小,值得投资改造。After optimizing the route of brine dispatching,a new scheme of brine transporta-tion and recirculation is formed,which breaks the contradiction between the original salt-making and the extraction of bromine,and realizes the extraction of bromine first and then the salt-making of primary brine,the new process of re-extracting bromine from bittern after salt making can greatly reduce the loss of bromine resources caused by the large amount of brine permeation during the salt making process,and increase the output by 5 times compared with that before modifica-tion,it has little influence on the subsequent salt-making process and is worth investing in the re-construction.
