摘  要:气动载荷是飞行器结构有限元分析中一类重要的载荷形式,气动载荷的网格通常与结构网格不匹配,甚至气动载荷是以坐标—压强表格的形式给出的,需要对其进行三维插值后才能施加到结构网格上。为解决上述问题,提出一种改进径向基函数插值法,该方法在径向基函数插值法的基础上,通过插值点的法向量对插值点的邻近空间进行扭曲,以减少非共面采样点的干扰,并通过K维树数据结构提高方法效率;该改进径向基函数插值法可以仅依据坐标—压强表格获得与结构网格匹配的载荷谱,通过对两种典型飞行器结构算例进行气动载荷的插值,证明该方法的可行性。结果表明:改进的径向基函数插值法为气动载荷在飞行器结构有限元分析中的准确施加提供了有效手段,具有一定的应用价值。Aerodynamic loads are an important type of load in finite element analysis of aircraft structures.Due to the mismatch between the mesh used in computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and the one in structural analysis,and the load can be given in the form of a coordinate-pressure table,three-dimensional interpolation of the aerody-namic load input is often required before it can be applied to the structural mesh.A modified radial basis function in-terpolation method is proposed,where neighboring space of the interpolation point is distorted according to its nor-mal vector,thus reducing the interference of non-coplanar sampling points.Additionally,it enhances the algorithm efficiency by incorporating a KD tree data structure.This modified radial basis function interpolation method can ob-tain a load spectrum matching the structural mesh based only on the coordinate-pressure table.The feasibility of the method is demonstrated through interpolation of aerodynamic loads for two typical aircraft structures.The results show that the modified radial basis function interpolation method provides an effective means for accurately applying aerodynamic loads in the finite element analysis of aircraft structures,and has certain application value.
