摘　　要：目的探讨产后抑郁网络认知行为治疗实施中护士的角色与功能。方法2024年9-10月,采用描述性质性研究方法,通过目的抽样法选取北京市某三级甲等医院精神科、妇产科、心理科以及某社区卫生服务中心15名医护人员为研究对象,开展半结构式访谈,使用主题分析法进行资料分析和主题提炼。结果产后抑郁网络认知行为治疗实施中护士的角色与功能共提炼出5个主题:网络心理健康服务提供者,云端心理支持者与赋能者,在线社区心理护理提供者,人智协同心理健康管理者以及护士角色发展的实现条件。结论护士以多维角色参与产后抑郁网络认知行为治疗的全链条实施,通过人智协同以及护理人才的系统规划和有序培养,共同为孕产妇提供数智化时代的高质量产后心理健康服务。Objective To explore the roles and function of nurses in the implementation of online cognitive behavioral therapy for postpartum depression.Methods A descriptive qualitative research method was used to select 15 doctors and nurses in departments of obstetrics and gynecology,psychiatry and psychology,as well as community health service centers through purposive sampling from September to October 2024.A semi-structured interview was conducted,with the thematic analysis method to analyze the interview data and extract themes.Results 5 themes were extracted as for such roles and function:online mental health service providers,cyber mental supporters and empowerment,online community mental care providers,mental health managers on human-intelligence collaboration,and the realization of nurses’development.Conclusions Nurses fully participate in the implementation of online cognitive behavioral therapy for postpartum depression with different roles.High-quality mental health care services should be provided to postpartum women in the era of digital intelligence by collaboration of human and artificial intelligence as well as systematic planning and proper training of nursing talents.
