摘 要:分析新质生产力赋能高职院校毕业生高质量充分就业的逻辑理路。在新型就业市场环境中,新质生产力容易产生“机器换人”“技术失业”“供需矛盾”等现实问题,就业市场面临就业替代、就业极化等现实挑战。从高职院校视角提出优化就业工作机制、健全人才培养体系、深化思想教育引导、促进校企深度合作、加强数智平台建设等就业推进路径,以新质生产力助力毕业生高质量充分就业。This thesis analyzes the logical thoughts of new quality productivity empowering high-quality and full employment for graduates.In the new employment market environment,new quality productivity is prone to practical problems such as“machine substitution”,“technological unemployment”and“supply-demand contradiction”.Employment market is faced with practical challenges such as employment substitution and employment polarization.From the perspective of higher vocational colleges,this thesis proposes employment promotion pathways such as optimizing employment mechanisms,improving talent training systems,deepening ideological education guidance,promoting deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and strengthening the construction of digital intelligence platforms,in order to help graduates achieve high-quality and full employment with the support of new quality productivity.
