摘  要:目的探究帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)患者血清中半乳糖凝集素1(galectin-1)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,MCP-1)水平与疾病严重程度的关系。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年1月济南市第八人民医院收治的90例PD患者(观察组)和50名健康体检者(对照组)的临床资料,根据Hoehn-Yahr分级法将PD患者被分为轻度、中度和重度组。比较各组人群的血清Galectin-1、BDNF和MCP-1的水平,使用Spearman相关分析评估3项指标水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级之间的关系。结果与对照组相比,观察组的galectin-1和BDNF低于对照组,MCP-1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。MCP-1水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级呈正相关,ga-lectin-1、BDNF水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级呈负相关(r=0.803、-0.874、-0.882,,P均<0.05)。结论PD患者的galec-tin-1、BDNF和MCP-1水平异常,且其变化与疾病严重程度存在相关性,可用于辅助临床评估和治疗干预。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of galectin-1,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and the severity of Parkinson's disease(PD).Meth-ods The clinical data of ninety PD patients(observation group)and fifty healthy check-up participants(control group)admitted to Jinan Eighth People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected,and PD patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups according to Hoehn-Yahr grading method.The levels of serum Galectin-1,BDNF and MCP-1 in all groups were compared,and Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between the levels of those indicators and Hoehn-Yahr stage.Results Compared with control group,galectin-1 and BDNF levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and MCP-1 levels were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).MCP-1 levels were positively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr stages,and galectin-1 and BDNF levels were negatively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr stages(r=0.803,-0.874,-0.882,all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of galectin-1,BDNF and MCP-1 in PD patients are abnormal,and their changes are correlated with the severity of the disease,which can be used to as-sist clinical evaluation and therapeutic intervention.
