摘 要:目的探讨进行病理诊断期间病理技术HE染色的应用效果。方法选取北京市中国医学科学院2021年4月—2023年5月70例HE染色标本作为研究对象,展开病理诊断研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,参照组(35例)采用改进前HE染色技术,研究组(35例)采用改进后HE染色技术;对比两组染色标本的诊断准确率、病理诊断率。结果研究组染色标本的诊断准确率以及各项病理诊断率相较于参照组,呈现出显著性提升,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论病理诊断中改进后病理技术HE染色方法的有效应用,病理类型可以得到充分诊断以及明确,诊断准确率提升较为明显。Objective To investigate the application effect of HE staining in hospital during pathological diagnosis.Methods 70 HE stained specimens from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in Beijing from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects for pathological diagnosis study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The reference group(35 cases)used the improved HE staining technique,while the study group(35 cases)used the improved HE staining technique.Compared the diagnostic accu-racy and pathological diagnosis rate of two groups of stained specimens.Results The diagnostic accuracy and various pathological diagnostic rates of the stained specimens in the research group showed significant improvement compared to the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effective appli-cation of the improved pathological technique HE staining method in pathological diagnosis can fully diagnose and clarify the pathological type,and the diagnostic accuracy is significantly improved.
