无托槽隐形矫治术治疗安氏Ⅱ类临界拔牙患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究无托槽隐形矫治术治疗安氏Ⅱ类临界拔牙患者的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2023年12月于常州市中医医院接受治疗的安氏Ⅱ类错畸形患者80例,应用摸球法分为对照组、观察组,各40例,对照组应用直丝弓固定矫治术治疗,观察组应用无托槽隐形矫治术治疗,比较两组矫正时间、拔牙率、牙周指标水平、咬合功能和咀嚼效率以及生活质量评分。结果相较对照组,观察组矫正时间更短,拔牙率更低,组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟探诊深度更低,最大咬合力、最大咬合接触面积、咀嚼效率更高,咬合不对称指数更低,生活质量评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治术治疗安氏Ⅱ类临界拔牙患者,能缩短患者纠正时间,降低拔牙率,改善咬合功能和牙周指标。Objective To explore the effect of invisible orthodontics without brackets in the treatment of ClassⅡpa-tients with critical tooth extraction.Methods Eighty patients with Class II malocclusion occlusion who received treat-ment at Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and di-vided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,using the touch ball method.The control group was treated with straight wire arch fixation orthodontic treatment,while the observation group was treated with non bracket invisible orthodontic treatment.The correction time,extraction rate,periodontal index level,bite function and chewing efficiency,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Com-pared with the control group,the observation group had shorter correction time,lower tooth extraction rate,lower plaque index,gingival index,and gingival sulcus probing depth.The maximum bite force,maximum bite contact area,and chewing efficiency were higher in the observation group,and the bite asymmetry index was lower.The quality of life score was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment for Class II critical tooth extraction patients can shorten the correction time,reduce the extrac-tion rate,and improve occlusal function and periodontal indicators.
