血管介入栓塞术在治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血中的有效性及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血管介入栓塞术在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血治疗中的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性选取2019年1月—2024年5月莒县人民医院收治的80例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组接受颅内动脉瘤夹闭术治疗,研究组接受血管介入栓塞术治疗,对比两组血管内皮功能、神经功能、并发症发生情况。结果研究组的血管内皮功能水平优于对照组,神经功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为10.00%(4/40),低于对照组的30.00%(12/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。结论在治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血时,相较于传统的颅内动脉瘤夹闭术,血管介入栓塞术能更有效地改善血管内皮功能和神经功能,且并发症发生率更低。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of interventional vascular embolization in the treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of eighty patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to Juxian People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected and di-vided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with forty cases in each group.The control group re-ceived intracranial aneurysm clipping treatment,and the study group received vascular interventional embolization treatment.The vascular endothelial function,neurological function and occurence of complications of the two groups was compared.Results The vascular endothelial function level of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the neurological function grade were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.00%(4/40),lower than 30.00%(12/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treat-ment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,vascular interventional embolization can improve vascular endothelial function and nerve function more effectively than traditional intracranial aneurysm clipping,and the incidence of com-plications is lower.
