摘 要:目的分析低频神经肌肉电刺激对老年脑卒中后偏瘫肌痉挛患者肌张力恢复的效果。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月南通大学附属常熟医院收治的80例老年脑卒中后偏瘫肌痉挛患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规方案治疗,观察组采用低频神经肌肉电刺激治疗。比较两组肌张力恢复情况、周围神经电生理学及运动功能评分。结果观察组肌张力恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组周围神经电生理学指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的运动功能评分为(63.49±7.06)分,高于对照组的(58.74±6.97)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.028,P<0.05)。结论在老年脑卒中后偏瘫肌痉挛患者中采用低频神经肌肉电刺激治疗具有明显效果,可以逐步改善患者的肌张力情况,优化周围神经电生理学及运动功能。Objective To analyze the effect of low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the recovery of muscle tone in elderly patients with hemiplegic myasthenia after stroke.Methods Eighty cases of elderly post-stroke hemiplegic myasthenic patients admitted to Changshu Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from January 2021 to January 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional program,and the observation group was treated with low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation.The two groups were compared in terms of myotonia recovery,peripheral nerve electrophysiology and motor function scores.Results The muscle tone recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The peripheral nerve electrophysiological indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The motor function score of the observation group was 63.49±7.06,which was higher than 58.74±6.97 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.028,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy in elderly patients with post-stroke hemiplegic myasthenia has a significant effect,which can gradually improve the patient's dystonic condition and optimize peripheral nerve electrophysiology and motor function.
