显微镜根管治疗对牙隐裂导致牙髓炎患者的临床疗效及对其并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探究牙隐裂导致牙髓炎患者采用显微镜根管治疗对其临床疗效及并发症发生情况的影响。方法目的选取2019年8月—2024年5月济宁市中医院收治的54例牙隐裂导致牙髓炎患者,依据治疗方案分为两组,每组27例。对照组采用传统根管治疗,观察组采用显微镜根管治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、并发症及炎症因子水平。结果观察组总有效率为92.59%(25/27),高于对照组的70.37%(19/27),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.418,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论显微镜根管治疗可提高对牙隐裂导致牙髓炎患者的临床疗效,抑制炎症因子释放,降低并发症发生风险。Objective To explore the effect of microscopic root canal therapy on the clinical efficacy and complications of patients with pulpitis caused by cracked teeth.Methods A total of fifty-four patients with pulpitis caused by cracked teeth admitted to Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to May 2024 were purposefully selected and divided into two groups according to treatment schemes,with twenty-seven cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with microscopic root canal therapy.The clinical efficacy,complications and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%(25/27),which was higher than 70.37%(19/27)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.418,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Microscopic root canal therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with pulpitis caused by cracked teeth,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,and reduce the risk of complications.
