阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症的疗效。方法非随机选取2020年8月—2023年8月山东新泰市精神病医院收治的92例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,每组46例。对照组接受利培酮治疗,研究组接受阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)评分和生活质量评分。结果研究组总有效率为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的80.43%(37/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组PANSS量表评分低于对照组,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者使用阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗,能进一步改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia.Methods Ninety-two patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Shandong Xintai Mental Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with forty-six cases in each group.The control group received risperidone treat⁃ment,and the study group received aripiprazole combined with risperidone treatment.Clinical efficacy,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than 80.43%(37/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic schizophrenia patients treated with aripiprazole in combination with risperidone can further improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life.
