尼莫地平联合介入栓塞术在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血治疗中的应用及对炎性反应的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨尼莫地平联合介入栓塞术在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,aSAH)治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年4月—2024年4月在酒泉市人民医院就诊的60例aSAH患者的病历资料。按照不同治疗方法分为两组,每组30例。单一组接受介入栓塞术治疗,联合组在此基础上加用尼莫地平治疗。对比两组患者的炎性因子、神经功能、并发症。结果联合组炎性因子水平低于单一组,神经功能水平优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组并发症发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于单一组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平与介入栓塞术联合治疗aSAH,不仅能够降低炎性反应,还能大幅度提升患者的神经功能恢复效果,且并发症发生率较低。Objective To investigate the effect of nimodipine combined with interventional embolization in the treat⁃ment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,aSAH).Methods The medical records of sixty patients with aSAH who were treated in Jiuquan People′s Hospital from April 2020 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,thirty cases in each group.The single group was treated with interventional embolization,and the combined group was treated with ni⁃modipine on this basis.The inflammatory factors,neurological function and complications of the two groups were com⁃pared.Results The level of inflammatory factors in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,and the level of neurological function was better than that in the single group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the combined group was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine combined with interventional embolization in the treatment of aSAH can not only reduce the inflammatory reaction,but also greatly improve the neurological function recovery effect of patients,and the incidence of complications is low.
