基于目标控制的康复训练与柔性引导策略干预对脑出血患者心理情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究基于目标控制的康复训练与柔性引导策略干预对脑出血患者心理情绪的影响。方法:将2023年1月-2024年1月就诊于我院的136例脑出血患者采用随机数字表法分为柔性引导组[68例]、训练联合组[68例]。柔性引导组的研究对象行柔性引导策略干预,训练联合组研究对象采用目标控制的康复训练与柔性引导策略进行干预,对比2组干预前与干预后心理情绪、睡眠质量、生活质量、活动能力得分情况及满意度的变化。结果:与柔性引导组相比,训练联合组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分明显下降;ADL评分及barthel指数明显提高,且满意度提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于目标控制的康复训练与柔性引导策略在脑出血干预中能有效改善患者心理情绪,提高患者满意度。Objective:To study the effects of goal control based rehabilitation training with flexible guidance strategy intervention on psychological mood in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 136 ICH patients who presented to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into flexible guided group[68]and training combination group[68]by random number tables.The study subjects of the flexible guidance group intervened with flexible guidance strategy,and the study subjects of the joint training group used the rehabilitation training and flexible guidance strategy.They compared the changes of psychological mood,sleep quality,life quality,activity ability score and satisfaction before and after the intervention of the two groups.Results:Compared with the flexible guidance group,the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score in the training combination group decreased significantly;the ADL score and barthel index improved significantly,and the satisfaction rate increased,meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training and flexible guidance strategy based on target control can effectively improve patients'psychological mood and improve patient satisfaction in cerebral hemorrhage intervention.
