盐酸米诺环素根管消毒联合Vitapex糊剂根管填充对急性根尖周炎患儿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸米诺环素根管消毒联合Vitapex糊剂根管填充对急性根尖周炎患儿的治疗效果。方法:根据研究目的选择在2021年3月到2024年3月期间到我院治疗的急性根尖周炎患儿一共80例,利用随机数字表法分组,分成病例数均是40例的两组。对照组根管治疗后应用合Vitapex糊剂进行填充,观察组在对照组基础上实施牙周袋内盐酸米诺环素根管消毒。对比两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前、治疗1m后龈沟液炎症因子及牙周健康水平。结果:观察组总有效率95.00%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿龈沟液白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-6(10.13±2.22)ng·L^(-1)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)(4.86±1.44)ng·mL^(-1)、IL-8(32.11±4.11)ng·L^(-1)水平低于对照组,且两组治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)(1.30±0.21)、出血指数(Bleeding index,BI)(1.17±0.10)、探诊深度(Probing depth,PD)(2.57±0.43)mm水平低于对照组,且两组治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性根尖周炎患儿采用盐酸米诺环素根管消毒联合Vitapex糊剂根管填充治疗可提升其临床疗效,降低牙周炎症反应,改善牙周健康水平。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of minocycline hydrochloride root canal disinfection combined with Vitapex paste root canal filling on children with acute periapical periodontitis.Methods:According to the purpose of the study,a total of 80 children with acute periapical periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases by random number table method.After root canal treatment,the control group of children were filled with Vitapex paste,while the observation group underwent root canal disinfection with minocycline hydrochloride in the periodontal pocket on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors,and periodontal health levels between two groups of children before and after one month of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than the control group's 75.00%(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL)-6(10.13±2.22)ng·L^(-1),C-reactive protein(CRP)(4.86±1.44)ng·mL^(-1)L,and IL-8(32.11±4.11)ng·L^(-1) in the gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and both groups showed lower levels after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the plaque index(PLI)(1.30±0.21),bleeding index(BI)(1.17±0.10),and probing depth(PD)(2.57±0.43)mm levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and both groups were lower after treatment than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of minocycline hydrochloride root canal disinfection combined with Vitapex paste root canal filling for children with acute periapical periodontitis can improve its clinical efficacy,reduce periodontal inflammation response,and improve periodontal health.
