脑栓通胶囊辅助丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探析脑栓通胶囊辅助丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死(Acute Cerebral Infarction,ACI)的效果。方法:回顾性收集2022年7月至2024年6月期间本院收治的82例ACI患者的临床资料。患者均接受常规治疗。在此基础上,按照治疗方法的不同,将患者分为对照组(接受丁苯酞软胶囊口服治疗,41例)和观察组(接受脑栓通胶囊辅助丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,41例)。于入院时(治疗前)、治疗4 w结束次日,评估对比两组的神经功能评分、临床疗效、纤维蛋白原(Fibrigen,FIB)、D-二聚体以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗4 w结束次日时,两组的神经功能评分均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组的神经功能评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4 w结束次日时,两组FIB水平、D-二聚体水平均比治疗前显著降低,且观察组的FIB水平、D-二聚体水平均比对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:脑栓通胶囊辅助丁苯酞软胶囊治疗ACI,能促进ACI患者神经功能恢复,改善患者的凝血功能,提高疗效,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Naoshuantong capsule assisted with butylphthalein softgel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(Acute Cerebral Infarction,ACI).Methods:The clinical data of 82 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively collected.All patients received conventional treatment.On this basis,according to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(receiving oral treatment of butylphthalein softgel,41 cases)and observation group(receiving Naoshuantong capsule assisted with butylphthalein softgel,41 cases).Neurological function scores,clinical efficacy,Fibrigen(FIB),D-dimer and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared at admission(before treatment)and the next day after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:On the day after the end of 4 weeks of treatment,the neurological function scores of both groups significantly decreased compared to before treatment,and the neurological function score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).On the next day after 4 weeks of treatment,FIB level and D-dimer level in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and FIB level and D-dimer level in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Naoshuantong capsule assisted with butylphthalein softgel capsule in the treatment of ACI can promote the recovery of nerve function,improve the coagulation function of patients with ACI,improve the efficacy,and have high safety.
