分根拔除法、去近中阻力拔除法在下颌阻生牙拔除中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的:对比分根拔除法、去近中阻力拔除法在下颌阻生牙拔除中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年8月至2024年8月我院收治的64例下颌阻生牙拔除患者,按照随机数表法分为A组(分根拔除法)、B组(去近中阻力拔除法),每组各32例。比较两组患者手术时间、断根数及术前、术后12 h、24 h、48 h开口受限程度,采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)比较疼痛情况。结果:A组患者手术时间、断根数均少于B组(P<0.05);A组术后12 h、24 h、48 h开口受限程度及VAS评分均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在下颌阻生牙拔除中,分根拔除法相较于去近中阻力拔除法手术时间更短,断根数少,患者开口受限程度及疼痛程度低。Objective:To compare the application value of split-root extraction and medial resistance removal in extraction of mandibular impacted teeth.Methods:A total of 64 patients who underwent extraction of mandibular impacted teeth at the hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected and assigned to group A(split-root extraction)and group B(medial resistance removal)according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Surgery time,number of severed roots,the degree of mouth opening limitation and pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)]before operation and at 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:Surgery time and severed roots in group A were shorter and fewer than those in group B(P<0.05).The degree of mouth opening limitation and VAS scores in group A were smaller and lower than those in group B at 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:For extraction of mandibular impacted teeth,split-root extraction is superior to medial resistance removal due to shorter duration,fewer severed roots,milder mouth opening limitation,and milder pain.
