酒石酸西尼必利片联合瑞巴派特片对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中应用酒石酸西尼必利片联合瑞巴派特片的价值及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:于2022年8月-2023年12月选取我院收治的98例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组、研究组各49例,对比两组临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。结果:治疗后,研究组CD4^(+)T细胞(Cluster of Differentiation 4^(+),CD4^(+))、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞和CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞的比值(Cluster of Differentiation 4^(+)/Cluster of Differentiation 8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、胃泌素17(Gastrin 17,G-17)、临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组CD8^(+)T细胞(Cluster of Differentiation 8^(+),CD8^(+))、胃激素(Gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(Motilin,MTL)水平、血清炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者使用酒石酸西尼必利片联合瑞巴派特片治疗能改善患者免疫功能,对胃肠激素水平调节具有促进作用。Objective:to investigate the value of applying cinitapride tartrate tablets combined with repaglinide tablets in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and the effect on patients'immune function.Methods:August 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into 49 cases each in the control group and the study group,and the clinical efficacy and effect on immune function of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the study group had higher CD4^(+)T cells(Cluster of Differentiation 4^(+),CD4^(+)),CD4^(+)T lymphocytes to CD8^(+)T lymphocytes ratio(Cluster of Differentiation 4^(+)/Cluster of Differentiation 8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),gastrin 17(G-17),and clinical efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8^(+)T cells(Cluster of Differentiation 8^(+),CD8^(+)),gastric hormones(GAS),motilin(MTL),and serum inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of cinitapride tartrate tablets combined with repaglinide tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the immune function of the patients,and has a promotional effect on the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone levels.
