高职院校学生田径教学课运动损伤原因分析及预防策略

摘　　要：该文旨在探讨山西省各高职院校学生在田径教学课中的运动损伤致因及预防策略。研究对象为山西省内多所高职院校的学生群体。研究方法主要包括文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法。研究发现,运动损伤的主要致因涵盖身体素质因素、技术动作因素、心理因素以及其他外部条件因素。针对这些因素,该文提出了以下预防策略:加强对学生思想与运动损伤知识的教育,确保充分进行准备活动;加强体能训练,并特别关注易伤部位的力量和柔韧性训练;合理安排田径课程的教学内容和运动负荷;深化技术动作的学习;引导学生养成良好的生活习惯并注重膳食营养;对场地器材设备进行定期的安全检查、有效管理并严格监督。通过实施上述策略,有望降低运动损伤的风险,进而提升学生的身体素质和竞技水平。The purpose of this paper is to explore the causes and prevention strategies of sports injuries among students in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province.The subjects of the study were students from a number of vocational colleges in Shanxi Province.The research methods included literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method.Studies have found that the main causes of sports injuries involve physical fitness factors,technical factors,psychological factors and other external factors.In view of these causes,the following prevention strategies are proposed:strengthen the education of ideological and sports injury knowledge,fully prepare for activities,strengthen physical training and strength and flexibility training of vulnerable parts,reasonably arrange the teaching of track and field classes and exercise load,strengthen the learning and improvement of technical movements,develop good living habits and pay attention to dietary nutrition,and conduct safety inspection,management and supervision of venue equipment and equipment.By implementing these strategies,the risk of sports injuries can be effectively reduced,and the physical fitness and competitive level of students can be improved.
