数字技术助推四川省体育旅游景区创新管理研究

摘　　要：该文采用问卷调查法、实地考察法等对数字技术推动四川省体育旅游景区创新管理的问题进行研究。通过研究发现,线上订票已成为绝对主流的购票方式,而先游后付模式对游客的吸引力不足,且平台的广告投放影响了游客对数字化平台的体验感受。与此同时,四川省体育旅游景区在数字化建设方面已取得了一定成效,具体表现为:提升了管理效率与决策的科学性,增强了游客满意度,促进了体育赛事与旅游活动的融合,提高了市场竞争力。基于此,提出四川省体育旅游景区数字化建设的创新路径:推进数字化平台建设,以增强景区竞争力;加强数字化场景的宣传营销,提升景区知名度;组建复合型体育旅游数字化人才队伍,推动景区专业化发展。Questionnaire survey and field investigation are adopted to conduct research on the innovation management of sports tourism scenic spots in Sichuan Province boosted by digital technology.Through the research,it is found that online booking has become the absolute mainstream way of ticket purchase,the mode of go now,pay later is not attractive to tourists,and the advertising on the platform affects tourists'experience on the digital platform.At the same time,the digital construction of sports tourism scenic spots in Sichuan Province has also achieved certain results,manifested in improving management efficiency and scientific decision-making,enhancing tourists'satisfaction,promoting the integration of sports events and tourism activities,and enhancing market competitiveness.Based on this,the paper puts forward the innovative path of digital construction of sports tourism scenic spots in Sichuan Province:Promote the construction of digital platform to enhance the competitiveness of scenic spots;Strengthen the promotion and marketing of digital scenes to enhance the visibility of scenic spots;Set up compound digital talent team for sports tourism and promote the professional development of scenic spots.
