高校开设健身气功·八段锦课程的现实意义及实施路径

摘　　要：健身气功·八段锦蕴含了我国传统文化的精髓,是中华优秀传统文化的典型代表。将健身气功·八段锦融入高校体育教学,体现了学校对爱国主义情怀与中华优秀传统文化传承的重视,有助于丰富高校体育课程的内容体系,促进体育与医疗健康的融合发展。该研究探讨了高校开设健身气功·八段锦课程的意义及实施路径。研究结果显示,高校推广八段锦对于提升大学生身体素质、弘扬我国优秀传统文化以及促进体医康养融合具有显著意义。基于此,该研究建议从构建科学合理的课程体系、组建专业的教学团队以及搭建高效的交流平台等方面入手,推动健身气功·八段锦在高校中的普及、推广与高质量发展,旨在充分发挥八段锦的多元功能与价值,促进民族传统体育文化在高校的有效传承与发展。Fitness Qigong Baduanjin embodies the essence of traditional Chinese culture,is a typical representative of excellent traditional Chinese culture.Integrating fitness Qigong baduanjin into college Physical Education teaching reflects the school's emphasis on patriotism and excellent traditional Chinese culture,which is conducive to enriching the content system of college Physical Education courses and promoting the integrated development of sports and medicine.This research explores the significance and path of offering fitness Qigong Baduanjin course in colleges and universities.The research results show that promoting Baduanjin in colleges and is of great significance for improving the physical quality of college students,promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture and promoting the integration of sports,medicine,health and elderly care.Based on this,this research proposes to start from building a scientific curriculum system,building a professional teaching team and building an efficient communication platform,etc,to promote the popularization,promotion and high-quality development of fitness Qigong Baduanjin in colleges and universities,aiming to give full play to the diversified functions and values of Baduanjin and promote the effective inheritance and development of traditional national sports culture in colleges and universities.
