摘　　要：人工智能技术为教育智慧化转型提供了契机,该文围绕人工智能技术在健美操教学中的应用展开探讨。研究发现,人工智能技术赋能健美操教学,可提高教学的针对性,丰富教学内容,创新教学手段,进而提升教学效率。然而,人工智能技术在健美操教学中的应用也存在诸多问题,如设备技术应用存在局限、学生接受能力参差不齐、教学资源有待进一步完善、师资队伍建设不足等。基于此,该文提出了人工智能技术赋能健美操高质量教学的应用策略,主要包括推动技术研发与创新、实施个性化分层教学、优化和完善教学资源、加强师资队伍建设。Artificial intelligence technology provides an opportunity for the intelligent transformation of education.This article explores the application of artificial intelligence technology in Aerobics teaching.The research finds that empowering Aerobics teaching with artificial intelligence technology can enhance the pertinence of teaching,enrich teaching content,innovate teaching methods,and thereby improve teaching efficiency.However,there are also many problems in the application of artificial intelligence technology in Aerobics teaching,such as the limitations of equipment and technology application,the uneven acceptance ability of students,the need for further improvement in teaching resources,and the insufficiency of the construction of the teaching staff.Based on this,the application strategies of artificial intelligence technology in empowering high-quality Aerobics teaching are proposed,mainly including promoting technological research and development innovation,implementing personalized and stratified teaching,optimizing and improving teaching resources,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
