摘 要:大学生面临着巨大的学习压力、就业压力等,极易出现心理健康问题,高校对大学生心理健康教育的关注度持续提升。体育锻炼作为一种积极有效的手段,对促进学生心理健康具有显著的积极作用。通过科学合理的体育锻炼方法,如有氧运动、力量训练、团队运动、瑜伽等,可以有效缓解大学生的压力,降低焦虑与抑郁情绪,帮助学生形成坚韧不拔的意志品质和积极向上的生活态度。因此,深入研究大学生体育锻炼对心理健康的影响,既是对我国高等教育内涵式发展要求的积极回应,也符合时代对人才培养的新期待,对推动我国高等教育改革和培养高质量人才具有重要价值。College students are faced with enormous academic and employment pressure,easy to cause mental health problems,The attention from colleges and universities to mental health education for students continues to increase.Physical exercise,as a positive and effective means,has a significant positive effect on promoting students'mental health.Through scientific and reasonable physical exercise method,such as aerobic exercise,strength training,team sports,yoga,etc.,can effectively alleviate the pressure of college students,reduce anxiety and depression,and help students form indomitable will quality and positive attitude towards life.Therefore,an in-depth research on the impact of physical exercise on mental health of college students is not only a positive response to the connotative development requirements of higher education in China,but also in line with the new expectations of the times for talent training,which is of great value to promoting the reform of higher education in China and the cultivating high-quality talents.
