摘　　要：目的:探讨经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合全身化疗治疗三阴型乳腺癌(TNBC)肝转移的效果。方法:随机将2020年1月—2022年12月南昌市第三医院收治的三阴型乳腺癌肝转移患者60例分为2组,各30例,对照组患者实施全身化疗,基于此,观察组加用TACE术,比较两组的临床疗效、毒副反应及生存率。结果:观察组的客观缓解率、临床获益率均比对照组高(P<0.05);两组毒副反应比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组随访1年、2年的生存率比对照组高(P<0.05);两组随访6个月的生存率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:TACE联合全身化疗用于三阴型乳腺癌肝转移患者的治疗效果令人满意,可提高患者的生存率,且未增加毒副反应发生风险。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of combining transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)with systemic chemotherapy in the management of triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)patients with hepatic metastasis.Methods:A cohort of 60 TNBC patients with liver metastasis,admitted to Nanchang Third Hospital between January 2020 and December 2022,was prospectively randomized into two arms,randomly divided into two groups(30 cases each).The control group received systemic chemotherapy,while the observation group underwent additional TACE.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and survival rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited significantly higher objective response rate and clinical benefit rate compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05);The observation group showed superior 1-and 2-year survival outcomes versus controls(P<0.05);No statistically significant difference was observed in the 6-month survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TACE combined with systemic chemotherapy for patients with liver metastasis of TNBC is satisfactory,which can improve the survival rate of patients without increasing the risks of toxic and side effects.
