摘 要:目的:探究非球面微透镜离焦眼镜片与特殊周边离焦眼镜片对儿童近视控制疗效影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2023年10月于佛山复星禅诚医院眼科门诊就诊的儿童近视患者300例,根据自行选择的镜片不同,从而纳入不同组别,试验1组,试验2组以及对照组,每组100例。试验1组配戴非球面微透镜离焦眼镜片,试验2组佩戴特殊周边离焦眼镜片,对照组配戴普通单焦镜片。比较三组配戴后6个月、12个月时的散瞳后屈光度、眼轴长度变化情况。结果:试验1组、试验2组配戴后6个月、12个月的散瞳后屈光度增长量均低于对照组,且试验1组低于试验2组(F=52.455、88.945、62.265、82.092,P均<0.05);试验1组、试验2组眼轴长度增长量均低于对照组,且试验1组低于试验2组(F=36.405、70.657,P均<0.05)。结论:非球面微透镜离焦眼镜片与特殊周边离焦眼镜片均能够有效降低儿童近视的散瞳后屈光度、眼轴长度变化,但非球面微透镜离焦眼镜片在以上控制方面表现更为优秀。Objective:To explore the effect of aspherical microlens and special peripheral defocusing lens on myopia control in children.Methods:A total of 300 children with myopia who were treated in the ophthalmology clinic of Fosun Chancheng Hospital in Foshan from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected and included into different groups according to different lenses selected by themselves,including trial group 1,trial group 2 and control group,with 100 cases in each group.Test group 1 wore aspherical microlens defocus lenses,test group 2 wore special peripheral defocus lenses,and control group wore ordinary monocus lenses.The changes of post-mydriatic diopter and axial length were compared between the three groups at 6 months and 12 months.Results:The increase of diopter after mydriasis in test group 1 and test group 2 at 6 months and 12 months was lower than that in control group,and that in test group 1 was lower than that in test group 2(F=52.455,88.945,62.265,82.092,P<0.05).The increase of axial length in test groups 1 and 2 was lower than that in control group,and that in test group 1 was lower than that in test group 2(F=36.405,70.657,P<0.05).Conclusion:Both aspherical microlens and special peripheral defocusing lens can effectively reduce the post-mydriatic diopter and axial length change in children’s myopia,but aspherical microlens defocusing lens has better performance in the above control aspects.
