SonicFill树脂印章法充填对儿童乳磨牙龋齿患者疗效、咀嚼功能及继发龋数的影响

摘　　要：目的探究SonicFill树脂印章法充填对儿童磨牙龋齿患者疗效、咀嚼功能及继发龋数的影响。方法通过随机数字表法将选取的84例于2019年5月至2022年5月来我院进行磨牙龋齿治疗的患儿分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),对照组患者采用传统复合树脂分层斜向填充进行治疗,观察组采用SonicFill树脂印章法充填进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、咀嚼功能、修复效果和不良反应进行比较。结果观察组和对照组患儿的临床疗效分别为97.83%(45/46)和81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿在修复后12个月的咬合力和咀嚼效率均有提升,且对照组患儿的咬合力和咀嚼效率提升程度均不及观察组显著(P<0.05);观察组修复后12个月的敏感性、继发龋、边缘着色、边缘适合性、表面光滑度的评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组颜色匹配评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率分别为观察组4.35%(2/46),对照组20.45%(9/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SonicFill树脂印章法充填能够有效提高磨牙龋齿患儿的临床疗效和咀嚼功能,减少继发龋齿的发生数量。Objective To investigate the effects of SonicFill resin seal filling on the efficacy,chewing function,and number of secondary caries in children with molar caries.Methods From May 2019 to May 2022,84 children who underwent molar caries treatment in our hospital were randomly separated into an observation group(42 cases)and a reference group(42 cases)using a random number table method.The reference group was treated with traditional composite resin layered oblique filling,while the observation group was treated with SonicFill resin seal filling.The clinical efficacy,chewing function,restoration effect,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group and the reference group was 97.83%(45/46)and 81.82%(36/44),respectively,with statistical significance of difference(P<0.05);The bite force and chewing efficiency of both groups were improved 12 months after repair,and the improvement of bite force and chewing efficiency in the reference group was not as significance as those in the observation group(P<0.05);The sensitivity,secondary caries,edge staining,edge suitability,and surface smoothness scores of the observation group at 12 months after repair were significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in color matching scores compared to that of the reference group(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.35%(2/46)in the observation group and 20.45%(9/44)in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion SonicFill resin seal filling can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and chewing function of children with molar caries,and reduce the number of secondary caries.
