摘  要:目的利用生物信息数据库分析S100钙结合蛋白A16(S100 calcium binding protein A16,S100A16)在胰腺腺癌(pancreatic adenocarcinoma,PAAD)中的表达水平、预后、与免疫细胞浸润的相关性。方法使用TIMER数据库分析S100A16在PAAD组织与正常组织的表达差异,并进一步分析S100A16在PAAD各分期的表达水平及预后,并研究其与免疫浸润细胞的相关性。结果S100A16在PAAD组织中的表达水平高于正常组织,且各分期表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与低表达组相比,S100A16高表达组的预后较差,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。S100A16表达与CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、巨噬细胞和树突状细胞浸润呈负相关(r=-0.152、-0.217、-0.245、-0.169,P均<0.05)。结论S100A16具备成为胰腺癌的诊断、预后、药物治疗生物标记物的潜力。Objective The correlation between S100 calcium binding protein A16(S100A16)expression level and prognosis and immune cell invasion in pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)was analyzed using bioinformatics database.Methods GEPIA2 database was used to analyze the difference of S100A16 expression in PAAD tissues and normal tissues,and to further analyze the expression level of S100A16 at each stage of PAAD and its influence on the prognosis of patients.Study the correlation between S100A16 expression and immune infiltrating cells.Results Compared with the normal tissues,the expression level of S100A16 in PAAD tissues was higher,and the difference among different stages was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The prognosis of high S100A16 expression group were worse than low S100A16 expression group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).S100A16 expression was negatively correlated with infiltration of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,macrophages and dendritic cells(r=-0.152,-0.217,-0.245,-0.169,all P<0.05).Conclusion S100A16 has the potential to be a biomarker for diagnosis,prognosis and drug therapy of pancreatic cancer.
