自体血清联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的疗效及对泪膜功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究自体血清联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果及对泪膜功能的影响。方法非随机选取2022年3月—2023年10月麻城市人民医院眼科收治的90例白内障术后干眼症患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组45例。对照组采取玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组采取自体血清联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。对比两组泪膜功能指标、干眼症状评分、最佳矫正视力。结果观察组泪膜破裂时间为(13.30±0.69)s,高于对照组的(12.80±0.72)s;观察组泪液分泌试验结果为(8.47±0.62)mm/5 min,优于对照组的(7.36±0.73)mm/5 min,差异有统计学意义(t=3.363、14.735,P均<0.05)。观察组干眼症状评分、最佳矫正视力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论白内障术后干眼症患者采取自体血清联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,可有效改善患者的泪膜功能,提高最佳矫正视力。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous serum combined with sodium vitrate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery and the effect on tear film function.Methods Ninety cases of post-cataract surgery dry eye patients admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of the Macheng People's Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group took sodium vitreous acid eye drops,and the observation group took autologous serum combined with sodium vitreous acid eye drops treatment.Tear film function indexes,dry eye symptom scores,and best corrected visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The break-up time of observation group was(13.30±0.69)s,which was higher than(12.80±0.72)s of the control group;the result of Schirmer's test of observation group was(8.47±0.62)mm/5 min,which was better than(7.36±0.73)mm/5 min of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.363,14.735,both P<0.05).Dry eye symptom scores and best corrected visual acuity in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated with autologous serum combined with sodium vitrate eye drops can effectively improve their tear film function and best-corrected visual acuity.
