评价控涎丹治疗痰湿蕴肺型非小细胞肺癌的临床有效性

摘　　要：目的分析痰湿蕴肺型非小细胞肺癌患者应用控涎丹治疗的临床价值。方法非随机选取莱州市中医医院于2021年1月—2023年9月诊治的60例痰湿蕴肺型非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象。根据治疗方案不同分为联合组(二陈汤+控涎丹治疗)、单一组(二陈汤治疗),每组30例。比较两组治疗效果、炎症因子水平及肺功能指标。结果联合组治疗有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于单一组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组炎性因子、肺功能优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论痰湿蕴肺型非小细胞肺癌患者选择控涎丹治疗效果较好,可改善患者功能指标,值得临床借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical value of using control salivary pill in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients with phlegm dampness accumulation.Methods A total of sixty patients with phlegm-dampness lung non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed and treated by Laizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.According to different treatment plans,the patients were divided into combined group(erchen decoction+control salivation pill)and single group(erchen decoction),with thirty cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor levels and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the combined group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the single group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors and lung function in the combined group were better than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of control salivary pill for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients with phlegm dampness accumulation lung type is effective and can improve the patient's functional indicators,which is worth clinical reference.
