体育素养观视域下学校体育工作导向与任务研究

摘　　要：体育素养面向全体人群的全生命周期,强调身心一元的理念和积极的运动体验,并重视身体、认知、情感等方面的同等重要性,最终目的在于提高人类的生活质量。该文以习近平总书记关于体育素养的促进策略为研究对象,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,基于习近平的体育素养观,阐述了学校体育工作的导向与任务。学校体育工作应以立德树人为根本任务,坚持健康第一指导思想,坚持体育素养价值导向。学校体育工作应注重培养学生的体育认知观、体育行为观、身体健康观、体育精神观。Sports literacy covers the entire life cycle of te entire population,emphasizing the unity of body and mind and positive sports experience,valuing the equal status of body,cognition,emotion,and ultimately aiming to improve the quality of human life.This paper takes Xi Jinping's promotion strategies for sports literacy as the research object.By using methods such as literature review and logical analysis and based on Xi Jinping's view on sports literacy,this paper elaborates on the direction and tasks of school sports work.The orientation of school physical education work is as follows:taking cultivating morality and talent as the fundamental task,adhering to the guiding ideology of health first,and adhering to the value orientation of physical literacy.The task of school sports work is to cultivate students'sports cognition,sports behavior,physical health,and sports spirit.
