摘　　要：在全民健身、健康中国国家战略及体医融合卫生政策背景下,运动促健康的需求快速上升,运动营养的需求也随之提高。培养运动营养咨询与指导专业人员成为当务之急。运动营养学属于交叉型、应用型学科,目前我国高校设有运动营养学课程,职业院校也开展了运动营养师认证培训,但存在体育专业学生学习难度大、学习态度被动消极的问题;同时,运动营养师的职业认证培训刚起步,优质教学法尚在探索阶段。基于运动营养方案来源于运动处方的原则,该文引入运动处方标准格式,结合营养循证证据,设计了运动营养处方单,展示了精准运动营养方案形成的一般流程。该处方单作为一种具体的教学资源和教学方式,应用于教学实践。经验证,该教学法便于理论和技能教学,显著增强了学生的应用技能培养,提升了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学效率,具有科学性和创新性,值得在各类运动营养学教学中推广应用。With the demand of health promotion of sport rising rapidly,the demands of the consultancy service of sports nutrition are ramping up in the national strategy of the national fitness and health in China and against the background of the health policy of integration of sports and medicine background.Training the consultant and the director of sports nutrition becomes an urgent matter.Sports nutrition is an inter-discipline and applied discipline.There are two teaching forms in our country currently:university curriculum and vocational training.It is difficult for physical education majors to learn,and the attitude of students towards learning is negative and passive;The professional certification of sports nutritionist has just started,and the excellent teaching methods are still in exploration stage.The study designs the sports nutrition prescription leading the exercise prescription into it,adding the evidence-based of nutrition to show the general process of the laying of the precision sports nutrition plan as a specific teaching resource and teaching methods using in teaching.By testing,the teaching method can strengthen the application skills of students notable,raise the learning interest and the teaching quality,and shows the scientific nature and innovation,and be worth popularizing and applying in the teaching of sports nutrition.
