摘　　要：篮球控球能力对球员的场上表现具有直接影响,其中控球稳定性和节奏感是衡量竞技水平的核心指标。该文深入剖析了原地运球、变向控球、节奏控球等关键控球动作,并探讨了当前大学生篮球控球训练中存在的现实问题。针对这些问题,结合篮球竞技的实际需求,该文提出了强化球感训练与深化控球技巧的针对性训练策略。研究表明,通过系统性训练的优化,精准强化球感、提升身体协调性、深化战术意识,可以有效降低控球失误率,增强攻防转换效率,提升个人突破能力,并促进团队战术执行力。这些措施有助于高校构建更加科学、高效的大学生篮球控球训练体系,为篮球教学实践提供可行的路径。The ability of basketball ball control directly determines a player's performance on the court,and ball control stability and rhythm are the core indicators of competitive level.This article analyzes key ball control movements such as dribbling in place,changing direction ball control,and rhythm ball control,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the current practical problems in college basketball ball control training.Then,this article proposes targeted training strategies based on the problems and the practical needs of basketball competition to strengthen ball control training and deepen ball control skills.Research suggests that through systematic training optimization,precise strengthening of ball sense,improvement of physical coordination,and deepening of tactical awareness,the rate of ball control errors can be effectively reduced,the efficiency of offensive and defensive conversion can be enhanced,individual breakthrough ability can be improved,and team tactical execution can be promoted.This helps universities build a more scientific and efficient college basketball ball control training system,providing a feasible path for basketball teaching practice.
