摘  要:基于体能差异,分层训练方法将学员划分为初级、中级和高级3个层级,旨在通过差异化的强度设计满足个性化需求。初级组训练重点为核心力量和柔韧性,以夯实基础体能;中级组在初级基础上加入弹跳和平衡练习,旨在提升动作的精准性与协调性;高级组则专注于高难度技巧及心理素质的培养。分层训练模式的采用为啦啦操运动注入了更大的灵活性和创造性,最终显著提升了团队整体的竞技水平。此外,该模式的潜力亦可延展至其他体育领域,为构建个性化、系统化的训练模式提供有力参考,推动竞技体育事业的可持续发展。The hierarchical training method based on physical differences divides students into three levels:primary,intermediate,and advanced,and meets personalized needs through differentiated intensity design.The junior group focuses on core strength and flexibility training to solidify basic physical fitness;the intermediate group adds jumping and balance exercises on the basis to improve the accuracy and coordination of movements;The advanced group focuses on developing high difficulty skills and psychological resilience.The layered training mode enhances students'technical performance and teamwork awareness,while effectively reducing training risks.Adopting a more scientific training method and layered mode injects greater flexibility and creativity into cheerleading sports,which can significantly improve the overall competitive level of the team.In addition,the potential of this model can also be extended to other sports fields,providing strong reference for the establishment of personalized and systematic training models,and promoting the sustainable development of competitive sports.
