摘　　要：旋转球技术是乒乓球比赛中不可或缺的一部分。对于高校大学生而言,掌握有效的旋转球打法不仅能提升其比赛水平,还能促进个人全面发展。该文旨在探讨针对高校大学生的乒乓球旋转球教学策略,通过明确的教学目标、内容、方法及注意事项,为教练提供系统的指导方案。研究强调技能与战术相结合的重要性,并注重身体与心理素质的同步发展。研究认为,科学化、个性化的旋转球教学能够帮助学生更高效地学习乒乓球技术,增强实战能力,同时也能推动校园体育教育的发展。Spinning ball technique is an indispensable part of table tennis competitions.For college students,mastering effective spin ball play can not only improve their game level,but also promote their all-round development.The purpose of this paper is to explore the teaching strategy of table tennis spinning ball for college students,and to provide a systematic guidance scheme for coaches through clear teaching objectives,contents,methods and matters needing attention.The study emphasizes the importance of combining skills and tactics,and pays attention to the simultaneous development of physical and mental qualities.The article holds that scientific and personalized rotating ball teaching can help students learn table tennis more efficiently,enhance their actual combat ability,and promote the development of campus physical education.
