摘 要:该文将项目式教学方法引入高校体育公共课网球课程教学实践中,通过构建完整的网球技术教学体系,设计针对性的训练任务,制订合理的考核标准,以培养学生网球技能和学习兴趣。在教学过程中,将网球基本技术动作分解为若干个训练项目,采用任务驱动和问题导向的方式,引导学生主动探索技术要领。教师通过组织小组对抗赛、双打比赛等形式,让学生在实践中掌握发球、正手击球、反手击球等技术动作要领。实践结果显示,项目式教学模式能有效提升学生网球技能水平,增强体育课程参与度,培养团队协作精神,为高校体育教学改革提供新思路。This study introduces the project-based teaching method into tennis courses within college physical education programs.By constructing a complete tennis technology teaching system,the targeted training tasks are designed,reasonable assessment standards are formulated,and students'tennis skills and learning interests are fostered.In the teaching process,the basic tennis technical movements are broken down into several training items with taskdriven and problem-oriented methods.This framework guides students to actively explore technical essentials.By organizing group matchups and doubles matches,students can master the key points of service,forehand,backhand and other technical movements in practice.The practice results show that project-based teaching mode can effectively improve students'tennis skills,enhance their participation in sports courses,cultivate team spirit,and provide new ideas for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities.
